Returns & Exchanges

At Caden Lane, we want you to love your purchase, but if things aren't quite right, we accept returns of unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
